Website use
Basic technical logs may be processed by the hosting server to maintain security and reliability. The first release does not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or newsletter subscriptions.
ESC feedback
The ESC questionnaire asks for six ratings and an optional comment. It does not request a name or email address. Please do not include personal, confidential, student, or research-participant information.
Responses are stored with a random identifier and submission time for improving the Canvas. The feedback record does not store your IP address. Server logs may temporarily contain normal connection information for security and abuse prevention.
Feedback will not be treated as research data without separate consent and the relevant ethical and data-protection approvals. A final retention period and controller statement will be confirmed before public launch.
If you contact Xiaoguang by email, the information you send will be used to respond and for necessary follow-up. Do not send confidential research data by ordinary email.
